What is P40B?
Quite simply, we act as a low-cost referral point for court officials, who are frustrated with the increasing expense of traditional prison environments. Convicted criminals are sentenced to engage in permanent online chat with our probation staff, preventing any possibility of re-offending. The unique approach is summed up in our core value proposition: “If he’s talking, he can’t be stalking…”

How does P40B work in practice?
Most people these days have a web connection and when a judge sentences them he or she will stipulate the number of weeks, months or years that a convicted felon will spend online.  One of the beauties of the new Prison 4.0 Beta is that it automatically blocks regular web content and only allows access to the P40B portal where our experienced staff engage the criminal in realtime chat.  The technology is scaled for mobile devices, so even when the offender leaves his hostel or other place of residence, he is forced to chat endlessly – often about inane or meaningless topics.
